We understand how busy life gets and this is why we’ve designed White Sands Retreat in a way that will allow you to relax and see as much as possible! This is for people of all faiths because we know that Jamaica has the power to connect you to yourself and the universal, adventurous nature of others with you! This is our first BEACH GETAWAY! Join is as we retreat on Negril’s 7 Mile beach! It’s time to give yourself the gift of a unique retreat. Time to experience life with us.

DAY 1

Arrivals and drive to Negril!

As you land in Negril airport, our team will be waiting to warmly welcome you and the rest of the group. Please note that airport pick up is $70 USD per person and departure from the airport will be at 1:30 PM.

We'll gather at the airport and then start making our way to Negril. The bus ride is a wonderful opportunity to get acquainted with the rest of your new soon-to-be friends. Upon arrival at our hotel, you can relax, unwind, mingle and enjoy a beach walk. We will  gather for dinner and a fun ice-breaking session with everyone.

Dinners is not included.

DAY 2

Beach day in Negril

After a group breakfast, we'll head to the beach an enjoy a fun and lazy beach day!

DAY 3

Day trip to St-Elizabeth

We'll make our way to the South Coast of Jamaica and dip in fresh and cool Waterfalls. We'll stop for lunch and make our way back to negril. (2h3o minute drive each way)

DAY 4

Beach day in Negril

DAY 5

Day trip to Stush in the Bush!

We'll take a 4h00 min drive to St Ann's. Along the way, we'll stop at Stush in the Bush organic farm, which is a magical fusion of Rastafari and chic. It is the blending of ‘Ital’ farming and exotic vegetables. It is the love of mother nature and the love of fine dining meshed together. It is rustic and it is gourmet.

We will then visit a farm and make our way back to Negril! IMPORTANT: Please note that the drive is 4 hours each way, our bus is big and comfortable. Bring a pillow, a podcast and some good energy!

DAY 6

Last beach day!

Enjoy your last beach day and let's meet for dinner!

DAY 7

Last day in Negril

This day will be filled with bittersweet farewells. Take a few moments to reflect with everyone around you about the experience you had over the week. Or take a moment to self-reflect on your own in a scenic corner as you prepare to say goodbye to beautiful Jamaica.

We ask that our guests be open to various experiences, traveling with heart open and spirit ready! This is a path to enriching yourself while giving back to local communities.

Yes, of course. We welcome everyone to travel with us: couples, singles and families (depending on the age of the children).

Our retreats are open to all, anyone from any part of the world, so you can expect to make plenty of new friends. From the first day you all meet at the airport as we pick you up, the journey of travel and building news friendships begins. We keep our groups small and intimate, with not more than 20-25 people.

We stay in Jamaican-owned villas and guest houses. Our accommodations are clean and comfortable. The emphasis is not on luxury, but on a practical room for a good night’s rest and grounds that are inspiring.

We room 2 or 3 guests per room with an en suite bathroom in each room. Men will room with men and women with women. Unless, of course, you’re travelling with your spouse or partner.

All EU citizens, American, Canadian and UK citizens do not require a visa upon entry. All other world citizens must apply for a visa in advance. Please contact us for advice.
