When you sign up for one of our Retreats through our third-party partner WeTravel, additional information we collect are for the purpose of arranging your booking and reservations, and these may or may not include include your age, gender, nationality, residency, phone number, emergency contact information, passport and visa information, travel medical information, travel insurance details, Covid vaccination details, flight booking details, nutritional preferences, retreat reviews, and any other information you provide us.

  • Automatically-collected information

We automatically collect certain information about you and the device with which you access our website. For example, we will log your IP address, operating system type, browser type, referring website, pages you viewed, and the dates/times when you accessed our website. We may also collect information about actions you take when using our website, such as links clicked.

  • To respond to your inquiries.
  • To provide ongoing service and support, including resolution of any issues with our services.

Who we share your data with

We may share your information with third parties when you explicitly authorize us to share your information. Additionally, our website may use third-party service providers to service various aspects of the website. Our website currently uses the following third-party service providers: Elfsight Contact Forms, WeTravel, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Facebook Pixels. At this time, your personal information is not directly shared with any other third-party applications. This list may be amended from time to time in our sole discretion.

We store your data is a secure database using ‘https’ technology and access to your personal data is password-protected. Only our company's staff has access to this database. We do not store sensitive data such as payment card information on our database with all payments being processed directly through the card processor. We regularly monitor our system for possible vulnerabilities and attacks.


Governing Law

What rights you have over your data

  • If you have filled in our contact form, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
  • You can also request that we amend or update your personal information.
  • You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
  • You may opt-out of future email communications by following the unsubscribe links in our emails.
